Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to activate. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.

Shipping Limitations

We currently ship only to physical addresses within the continental U.S.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

Contact us at support@thelvll.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll investigate and either replace the item(s) or issue a refund as appropriate.
