LVLL™ Affiliate Marketing Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Marketing Terms & Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the LVLL™ Affiliate Program, which is operated exclusively through Shopify Collabs.

By applying to, enrolling in, or participating in the LVLL™ Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms.

1. Program Administration & Payment Method

1.1 The LVLL™ Affiliate Program is administered exclusively through Shopify Collabs, which serves as the official platform for affiliate onboarding, tracking, reporting, and payments.

1.2 All affiliate payments are issued solely through Shopify Collabs.
LVLL™ does not provide payments via cash, checks, wire transfers, PayPal, or any other external payment method.

1.3 Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate account, payout, and tax information within Shopify Collabs. LVLL™ shall not be responsible for payment delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.

2. Performance Tracking & Transparency

2.1 Shopify Collabs is the authoritative system of record for all affiliate-related metrics, including:

Sales attribution
Commission calculations
Payment eligibility and status

2.2 Affiliates acknowledge that data displayed within Shopify Collabs shall be considered final for purposes of commission calculation and payment.

3. Commission Eligibility & Payment Timing

3.1 Commissions are earned only on valid, completed transactions that are accurately tracked through Shopify Collabs using approved affiliate links or promo codes.

3.2 Commission payments are processed only after the applicable customer return window has fully elapsed.

3.3 The return window is 30 days from the date the order is placed.

Illustrative example:
An order placed on December 1 becomes eligible for commission payment on December 31, provided the order has not been returned, refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged back.

3.4 Transactions that are returned, refunded (in whole or in part), disputed, canceled, or deemed fraudulent are not commissionable, and any associated commissions shall be voided or reversed.

4. Commission Rates & Program Modifications

4.1 Commission rates, customer discount percentages, promo codes, and program structures are determined solely by LVLL™ and may vary between affiliates.

4.2 LVLL™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue:

Commission percentages
Customer discount rates
Affiliate benefits or incentives
Promo codes or tracking links

4.3 LVLL™ may also suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without prior notice.

5. Marketing Practices & Compliance

5.1 Affiliates must conduct all promotional activities in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

5.2 Affiliates may not engage in any marketing practices that are unlawful, misleading, deceptive, or unauthorized.

5.3 LVLL™ does not authorize affiliates to conduct email marketing campaigns on its behalf, including outreach to individuals who have not provided valid consent.

5.4 Any marketing activities conducted by an affiliate are undertaken independently, and the affiliate remains solely responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

5.5 LVLL™ shall not be liable for any claims, penalties, or damages arising from an affiliate’s independent marketing activities.

6. Customer Communications & Representations

6.1 Affiliates may not make representations, guarantees, or commitments to customers beyond those expressly stated in LVLL™’s official website, policies, or customer Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Any statements, offers, or assurances made independently by an affiliate are the sole responsibility of the affiliate.

6.3 In the event a customer raises concerns or disputes arising from representations made by an affiliate, such matters shall be addressed directly between the customer and the affiliate. LVLL™ shall not be responsible for affiliate-created obligations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Affiliates may not:

Misrepresent LVLL™ or its products
Impersonate LVLL™ or its representatives
Engage in unauthorized paid advertising
Bid on LVLL™ branded keywords without written approval
Use misleading claims or deceptive promotional practices

7.2 Violations may result in suspension or termination of affiliate participation and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Relationship to Creator Collaboration Terms

8.1 These Affiliate Terms operate in conjunction with the LVLL™ Creator Collaboration Terms & Conditions and do not replace or supersede them.

9. Termination

9.1 LVLL™ may terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for any reason.

9.2 Upon termination, affiliate links and promo codes may be disabled, and unpaid commissions associated with ineligible transactions shall be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, LVLL™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from affiliate participation, including lost profits or data.
